The application fee for the IGNOU Migration certificate is Rs 500/-. To get your migration certificate, you must send a demand draft to your local IGNOU regional center. IGNOU should receive a demand draft for 500 rupees. Demand drafts are the only form of payment for Migration Certificate fees. You can’t make a payment online or with cash.
How do I get a duplicate IGNOU Migration Certificate?
It is also possible to get a duplicate migration certificate in case you have lost it. You do not need to worry much if you have lost your migration certificate or it has been destroyed. IGNOU will still issue you a duplicate certificate. All you have to do is follow a few steps.
Affidavits must be made on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs 10. Additionally, you must pay Rs 500 for the duplicating of migration certificates at the regional center. Please follow the format shown below for your affidavit.

IGNOU Migration Certificates procedure
An application must be filled out and submitted to IGNOU in order to receive an IGNOU migration certificate. The form can be downloaded from the official IGNOU website and filled out. It is important that you provide accurate and complete information in the application.
It is possible for the university to cancel your application for a migration certificate if the information is incorrect.
Before submitting your application to your regional center, you should include a xerox copy of your degree certificate and marks. We cannot accept applications without xerox copies.
